Return Items You Ordered
 
You can return many items sold on SKRLmart.com a unit of SKRL Manpower Consultancy Service LLP. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return.
 
Prepare and ship your return
 
After you've followed the prompts in the Online Returns Center link above:
 
Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
 
Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.

About Refunds
 
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.
 
Where's My Refund?
You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
 
 
Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

How Refunds Are Issued
When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center.
 
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Note: If we refunded you to a pre-paid card and you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. It can be used toward future purchases on the account it's stored in.
If your original order was placed using the SKRLmart.com Currency converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you place your order.

Instant Refunds & Refund without Return
In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or as a SKRLmart.com Gift Card balance. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.
 
SKRLmart.com may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified in the Online Returns Center or by a Customer Service Associate. For more information, go to the Conditions of Use.
 
Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

*For most items the return window is 30 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to Your Orders (SKRLmart.com Full Site) and click Return or Replace Items. If your item was fulfilled by a third-party seller, you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee even if you return the item in original condition within the return window.
 
Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by SKRLmart.com for customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI. Some products have additional conditions that may apply. For more information, go to About Our Returns Policies.
 
 
 
Check the Status of Your Refund
 
If you're waiting for a refund and want to check the status, you can view this information in Your Account.
 
To check the status of your refund:
 
Go to Your Orders.
Click View Order Details next to the order.
Note: The refund status is displayed at the bottom of the Order Summary. For more information about our refund policies, go to website www.skrlmart.com or call to our complain sector +91 96743 98692.
 
Exchange an Item
 
If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you can exchange qualifying items through our Online Returns Center.
 
If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.
 
To exchange an item:
 
Go to the Online Returns Center (SKRLmart.com Full Site) and then click Return items.
Find the order you want to return, and then click Return or replace items.
Tip: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the See more menu.
Select the item you want to exchange, and then select a reason from the Reason for return menu.
An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.
 
Note:
 
If the item you're exchanging costs less that your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
 
This policy refers to color/size exchanges only. SKRLmart.com does not price match.

About Incorrect or Missing Items from SKRLmart.com Orders
 
Some items may be substituted or removed after checkout due to availability. Check the order details in Your Account to see any substitutions or undeliverable items.
 
Sometimes, items may become unavailable after you check out. We'll proceed with preparing your order so that you receive the rest of your items on time.
 
Your payment method will not be charged for the unavailable item. If the item became unavailable before we could prepare you order, you'll see a "We're sorry we are unable to fulfill your entire order" message in the Order Details. The unfulfilled items will also appear in your Delivery or Pickup Confirmation e-mail under a section titled Unavailable Items.
 
When possible, we'll try to substitute the unavailable item with a similar product (exceptions are specialty items). If your item was substituted, you'll see Substituted with on the Delivery or Pickup Confirmation e-mail listing the substituted items. In most cases, you will not be charged for the original item or the substitute. If we’re able to substitute the original item with an item that is nearly identical, you’ll be charged the lesser of the two prices.
 
If your payment method was charged for an item you did not receive and the order details show that the item was sent, please contact us for a refund.
 
Return a Gift
 
The Online Returns Center allows gift recipients to return items marked as a gift at the time of purchase. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it's returned. Gift recipients won't be eligible for exchanges or instant refunds.
 
To return a gift:
 
Go to the Online Returns Center (SKRLmart.com Full Site).
Select Return a gift and sign-in with your SKRLmart.com account.
 
Enter the gift order number and select Search.
Your digit order number (or "Order ID") is on the left side of your packing slip. If you don't have the packing slip, you can contact us. We'll ask for information to help us locate the order, such as the tracking number, name of sender, shipping address, email address or phone number. This information can usually be found on the shipping box.
 
NOTE: If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you'll be prompted to contact Customer Service.
 
Select the items you want to return from the order.
Enter the quantity of items you want to return (if applicable), and a return reason from the drop-down menu. For items sold by a third-party seller, you'll see "Submit return request." Some SKRLmart.com sellers review return requests before authorizing them.
 
Select how you want to send your item back.
Select your return shipping options and how you'll obtain your return label. Each return label is assigned to a specific return.
 
Note: If you choose to return via SKRLmart.com Locker, you'll be prompted to select a Locker location at this time. For more information about returning an item to a SKRLmart.com, go to return a Package at a SKRLmart.com.
 
Put the return authorization inside your package and attach the label to the outside of it.
If your gift return is authorized, SKRLmart.com or the Seller will process your refund as a SKRLmart.com Gift Card after your return is received. We'll add the Gift Card to the account you used to generate your return from the Online Returns Center. Once the refund processes, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail. If you're the gift giver, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. All refunds are subject to our refund policies outlined in About Refunds.
Note: A-to-z claims for gifts purchased from a third-party seller must be filed by the original purchaser, not the gift returner. If you need to file a claim for a gift return, please contact the original purchaser.
 
About Free Returns
 
SKRLmart.com offers free returns on some items. Look for “Free returns” next to the price to confirm that the item qualifies for free returns.
 
To receive Free Returns on your eligible product(s)
Only product(s) that say that they are eligible for Free Returns on the product detail page are eligible for Free Returns. Free Returns only applies to product(s) fulfilled by SKRLmart.com. It does not apply to the same product(s) fulfilled by other sellers.
No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns.
Free Returns is available to delivery addresses in the West Bengal state of the India only, including Jammu & Kashmir. Free Returns is available to addresses when using a Indian Pin code only. Additional geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Eligible product(s) must be returned using a track able shipping method. Please contact our Customer Service or visit our Online Returns Center and we will guide you through the process. We offer two options to return eligible product(s):
SKRLmart.com will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of an SKRLmart.com error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, SKRLmart.com may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with SKRLmart.com general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
 
About Exchanges and Replacements
 
You can exchange or replace an item through our Online Returns Center if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.

The item being exchanged must meet the following criteria:
 
Shipped to an address in the India.
Not received by you as a gift
Shipped and sold by SKRLmart.com
Not an Add-On item
Not identical to the item being returned
Originally purchased with a credit card
Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions)
Exchanges for a Different Size or Color
Exchanges are available for apparel, sports, shoes, baby products, jewelry, and watch items that have a size or color variation. The exchange item must be:
 
A different size or color than the return item
Shipped and sold by SKRLmart.com
Exchanges for an Item in Your Cart
The exchanged item must be:
 
Added in a quantity of one to the Cart
Shipped and sold by SKRLmart.com
Not an Add-on Item
Not identical to the item being returned
Not marked as a gift in your Cart
 
Return Your Rental
 
You can return your rental through Your Account within the Initial Rental Refund Period to receive a full refund. If you return your rental after the Initial Rental Refund Period, you won’t be eligible for a refund of the rental fee.
 
To return a rental after the initial rental period:
 
Go to Manage Your Rental (SKRLmart.com Full Site).
Select the rental item you wish to return and then select Return rental to print the pre-paid return shipping label.
Print out the packaging slip and return shipping label.
Package up the textbook you wish to return, including the packaging slip.
Note: You can return multiple items per package. To avoid incorrect fees, only rentals listed on the same package slip should be returned together.
 
Apply the return shipping label and take the shipment to the carrier listed on your return label. Return shipping is free when you use the shipping label provided.
Note:
 
To return a rental within the Initial Rental Refund Period, go to go to Manage Your Rental. If the item is in the same condition as when you received it, you’ll receive a full refund.
If the item is damaged during the rental period, additional damage fees may apply.
To avoid automatic extension fees, please drop your items off with the carrier on or before the due date.

About Rental Periods
 
When renting you have the option to select from a list of rental periods. Initial and extension rental periods vary by rental product category. You can choose a rental period from the product detail page.
 
To select a rental period:
 
 
Go to SKRLmart.com
Select the item you would like to rent.
On the rental product detail page, select your preferred rental period from the drop down menu. Rental periods vary by rental product category. View the rental product detail page for rental period information.
Note: Renting items for longer rental periods may result in more savings by lowering the daily rates rental rate. Check the specific period rates from the rental product detail page
 
About Spilled or Damaged SKRLmart.com Items
 
If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of a grocery product that you receive from us, we’ll issue a refund up to 30 days from date of delivery.
 
If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable SKRLmart.com grocery item, you can request a refund by visiting our Contact Us page. We won’t ask you to return the item.

At the time of delivery:
Inspect the packaging for damage.
Inspect the item for damage after it has been unboxed.
Check that the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, tell the delivery personnel, and don't accept the delivery. The delivery personnel will contact SKRLmart.com Customer Service, and they will assist you in scheduling the delivery of a free replacement or a refund.
 
If you want to return the item after installation is complete, SKRLmart.com will accept the return for up to 30 days. If the item is not in acceptable working condition due to damage or defect, you will be eligible for free repair, return, or replacement of the product and associated services.
 
If the item is installed and confirmed to be in acceptable working condition but you'd still like to return it, you will be charged for return shipping and won’t be refunded the cost of installation and labor. These costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
